About Us

Gestion Consultancy was founded in early 2010 to deliver management consultancy expertise to organisations.  The team includes senior personnel from the European financial services and payments industries with a wealth of experience delivering client focused solutions across a number of management consultancy disciplines. 

 

Peter O'Halloran - Managing Director

Peter has 10 years industry experience and has held senior positions in management consultancy, business process re-engineering, product management, programme & project management, change management, and training in start-up and multi-national organisations and government bodies, within the banking, retail, telecoms, payments, airline and GIS industries.  Peter has spent years working at management level for pan-European companies in the payments sector and this international experience has been brought to bear in Gestion Consultancy.

Peter speaks fluent French and Spanish and has a strong technical background, and keen business acumen built on years of experience with software development lifecycles, customer requirements gathering, product definition, project management, sales training, lead generation and customer relationship management.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Languages (French and Spanish) and a Master of Science in Electronic Commerce, both from Dublin City University.
